The article considers the current state of construction enclosing walls with facade systems for southern latitudes a hot climate, taking into account thermal air envelope formed at buildings different orientations under condition insolation. influence total temperature on external structure buildings, depending their orientation and conditions insolation, is determined. significance insolation in regulation heat-wind regime wall microclimatic layer room revealed. list improving ventilation air, premises territory adjacent to building, which are crucial importance ensuring comfort indoor environment problem energy efficiency formulated.
